I just (3PM, 2/21/10) paid 2.799 for regular at the Shell station in Colony plaza on Rt 466A. I noticed that the 2 stations on Rt 466 are both still charging 2.689. Since the price of crude is going up, this might be a sign of a general trend. Better fill up now.

We are facing the front end of Spring breaks, Easter, then vacations.
You will be paying $3 or more this summer.
Nothing new!!

That Shell station is always higher than any other gas station. Best price I've found is at the RaceTrak station on 441.

As stated before the Shell in Colony on 466a is always higher than others around. Also the two Shell stations on 466 will be 2 or 3 cents different and they are about a block apart.
Here in Ohio where I live gas can change from hour to hour. Last week for example on Tuesday a number of stations were at $2.249 and the next day they were all at next day they were at $2.559. A .31 cent increase right in the middle of the day. As of today the prices were back down to $2.459.
They will give you more spin than a politician (you pick the party) as to the reason why. Bottom line at least here in Ohio is greed.

Ouch! Didn't know that. Won't make that mistake again. Thanks for the info.
Purchase your gas at Sam's Club if u r a member and if not a member purchase it at the Raceway on 441 near Sam's Club. They are both considerably lower than on 466.

You should thank your lucky stars that gas is so inexpensive in the US. I'm living in Germany and a gallon of regular gas is $6.97. Diesel is $5.64/gallon... That's why I drive a Smart car here...3 cylinder diesel and 70 miles/gallon. My good car is a clean diesel BMW 320d...30 miles/gallon at 125MPH on the autobahn... You gotta love the autobahn...:D

Yesterday $2.459 and today $2.659 and some at $2.699 for the same gas that was in the tanks yesaterday. Now that is a $.45 increase in a week.
