Again, have you spoken to warranty?

You need a good Handyman if you already spun the blades with the wrench provided then hit the reset button, to no results. Call Dave Wilt 352-470-7917. We use Dave for almost everything I can no longer do. I hope this helps Len & Mary The retired half of Investment Painting.

Have you tried to unclog it with the allen wrench? The disposal came with a large allen wrench that fits into the hole at the bottom of the disposal. It allows you to turn the disposal backwards to unclog it. If you don't have the wrench, I would recommend that you buy one at Home Depot or Lowes. They can really come in handy. Also, make sure the breaker or GFI has not been tripped. If that is not the problem, I would call Mike Scott Plumbing. Personally, I don't like to hire a handyman to do plumbing work. Good luck.

I'd second calling Mike Scott Plumbing. We've had them out a couple of times for plumbing issues and the did good jobs and easy to deal with.

Did you make sure that you have power at the plug in? Unplug the disposal and plug in something else to check it.

It just happened. I will call Monday when I call to ask about the concrete driveway chipping.

Very likely the Allen wrench will unbind and things will be fine .. if my house is vacant for a couple months i have to do this ten second exercise.. for the OP if it buzzes and doesnt grind .. try this first

Retiredguy123 and valuemkt, we will try the Allen wrench. We don’t have a disposal up north so that we are not that familiar with it. Thanks again.

Brucenelson, I'm going to call Vito & Rocco to represent you as soon as they get out of Coleman. They got sentenced for going over the yellow line on the Cart Path! Good Luck bud, hopefully, sooner than later they will get you straightened out. 🤞 They have a whole lot of experience with Concrete. LOL.

Also, there is a little red reset button on the bottom of the disposal. Push it in.
