The English " Proper Pie Co. " at the Brownwood Market.

The pies that they sell in a word are Terrible. Nothing at all like one would expect to have especially the people who sell them are from England !

I lived in England for 20+ years so I have a real good idea what to expect. I bought 2 Steak Potato and Ale, and 1 Steak and Mushroom pies...I tossed all 3 out after tasting them.

They are dry, thick crust, zero flavor, and basically worthless.

I have no clue. According to the owner yesterday 10/27/18, they returned here after a " 6 " year absence.

Your question " Did you talk to the Manager is Comical ".

Look I bought the pies for dinner so obviously the Market is now " Closed ".

So they have a web site and yes a telephone number so I emailed the company followed up with a phone call on my opinion their pies.

Now being the person that I am I will go back to Brownwood next Saturday and will let them know in person my opinion of the pies that I purchased.

Now then did I speak to the Manager ? No ...Will I speak to the Owner ? The answer is YES...Next Saturday !
