Does anyone know if they are still in business? Their phone is disconnected and their website is down.

I contacted the manufacturer Vacuflo. Premier is out of business and servicing is being handled by a dealer out of Orlando who has a Leesburg associate.

Alan, are you having a problem with your system? I installed my own back up North, so I have some background on these. I am very busy the next 2 weeks, but if you need help, send me a PM.

Thanks for the offer. I am getting the new Vacuflo dealer to inspect the system and install a new vent cover.
