How come one member can open my photo but not the other? I know it's not like the step 1 and 2 instructions but it seems to work. I placed the photo on the TOTV album.

That is a puzzle.

I signed in as a user with member privileges, not admin privileges, and when i clicked on it, I was taken to a full-sized picture.

If you follow Jan's instruction that I pointed out above, the picture will show directly in the post.
