Is there a way to post opinions and such on the web in general without just using the standard social media sites or starting your own blog website? It's not all that complicated to set up a basic blog, but I was just wondering if there is a way to do it even more simply?
For example, can you join a dedicated blogging website of some sort, where you're not just chatting with everybody constantly (Facebook, et. Al.) but instead you post thoughts, ideas, reviews etc. for sharing and criticism.
I know as I read this, many are thinking that Facebook, Twitter, etc. are already there. And I understand that. But there is a difference between typical social media sites and true blogging and blogging dedicated websites.
Anybody knowledgeable enough...or understand what I'm saying enough...heheh...to help me out? :)
