I know how to calculate and negotiate the fair price for a new car. But, I am interested in buying a new Mercedes Class B motorhome. How do I determine the best price? Is there some kind of guide that will help me, or do most people just pay the retail price? Please help.

On large class a motorhomes you should be able to get 25 to 28 % off the MSRP not sure on the smaller ones.

Might I suggest not buying new. The quality has gone down in the last several years. I think it's attributed to the quality of the work force. The high demand for workers has caused the builders to lower standards. Also, like buying a car, depreciation is a killer. You have made a good choice in the Sprinter base. 16 miles to the gallon is nothing to sneeze at. Wether buying new or used, RV Trader is a great resource. Good luck.
