Anyone who has looked at New homes in TV, Please advise the range and/or average of what the bond $ amount is for a new home in the villages. As this will help me to roughly ball park the gross price of new homes.
I am aware of the calculation on how the cost is derived and understand the variables based on lot size and such and also how the bond is paid off. As I look at New homes on TV Real estate for sale website, I do not see any disclosure into On the bond $. Thank you very much

Check to see if you have to pay an annual maintenance fee even when the bond is paid off.

Check to see if you have to pay an annual maintenance fee even when the bond is paid off.Whether the bond is paid off or not, it doesn't matter. They are independent of each other.
EVERY home pays an annual maintenance fee except homes located in these villages: Country Club Hills, Orange Blossom Gardens, Silver Lake, Del Mar, El Cortez, La Reynalda, La Zamora, Mira Mesa, Valle Verde. These villages are located in Lady Lake.
