The Lexington Lab Band is a group of musicians in and around Lexington, Kentucky who create videos of cover performances for many bands including The Doobie Brothers, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Hall and Oates, Fleetwood Mac, Boston, Foreigner, Journey and others. They attempt to make the cover as close to the original performance as possible. They perform live only once a year in a concert in Lexington that sells out quickly. As mentioned, Lexington Lab is a studio project. There is such a band that does the same and tours and comes to TV. They're called Classic Albums Live. I saw them last year at Savannah Center performing Dark Side of the Moon and the second set was a best of Pink Floyd.

They are coming back in a couple of weeks on January 11th and performing Fleetwood Mac Rumours. On Youtube there are dozens of videos of them from past shows if you want to check them out. Here's a link to the upcoming concert. The Pink Floyd show that I saw was great and the place was just about sold out.
