Last I knew there is a Weight Watchers group on Bichara Blvd - the shopping area off the Spanish Springs Town Square. And there were several Walk Away the Pounds groups that meet in various Rec Ctrs. Info for those should be in the Rec News paper [pgs 123 - 126]
