There are alot of police cars in the area right now due to the K-9 Police Dog trials in the Rolling Acres Park area. We have seen Police cars from Miami, Pensacola, etc. Maybe they are the ones she is seeing.

I got caught in the traffic jam and asked one of the officers directing traffic at Morse and 466 (no one was allowed to go towards Buena Vista or up/down Morse -- just towards Rolling Acres. Anyway, I was told two cars were coming through that were not to stop. No further details. My guess would be that Gary Morse and family had someone visiting.

This always happens when someone leaks my daily agenda. (The second car is the reporters.)

I just think it is crazy that with all the K-9 in town why didn't they get them on the guy running from the cops. He would have been caught with about 50 dogs after him.

Now that would have just been about the funniest thing. Bitten by six dogs, bad guy looses.

I'm just trying to imagine a pack of police dogs running across the golf course and the golfers' reactions. I think I'd be praying that TH and Fumar were far, far away. The poor dogs wouldn't have a chance. Maybe the police were smarter than we thought by NOT using the dogs considering what could happen if a golfer has his/her golf game interrupted just to catch a bad guy.

Perhaps you're right. The :police: probably don't have any training poetic justice!

I turned on the news and there was zero mention of it. Just someone yakking about another club. I finally turned on the real news stations in Orlando. They had the scoop. TV people just kept rolling their 20 minute pablum. Even though it happened in their own back yard.

VNN is not a news site. It is a recorded loop telling us about the goings on in the Villages.
However, the scroll on the bottom is up to date. Yesterday AM they told me to stay clear of rt 27/441 and Avenida because of an accident.
They also tell me of course closings and give me the current temperature.
