Xfinity Mobile without SSN

My wife and I are Canadian Citizens who winter in The Villages. Thus we do not have SSN's. We have been Comcast Infinity customers for almost 5 years. We are trying to purchase Xfinity Mobile and have been told we cannot do so without a SSN! Who has any advice on how to proceed?

Question, do you have Xfinity in Canada, if so can you order there? Otherwise, are you going to end up with phones that only work here?
