Do a private sale transaction at the license bureau. Some states will allow you to drive the car home when you purchase it......Florida will not.
You must have insurance, proper tags and registration before moving it.
That is why most people go with a dealer.....they will do the paperwork so that you can drive it home.

How about a smart car? There is a dealer in Orlando. They are not much bigger than a golf cart, but they are a real car.
