That's great that you're closing. How long did it take to build your house? We sign Friday to have ours built in Pennecamp. We've owned the lot for 8 months and we're finally closing on our present house. We are on Lake Ridge Drive, where are you?

We closed by mail on our house in Belle Aire this month, and arrive Friday to "claim" it! We are beyond excited! We had some furniture delivered today, and pick up our golf cart Sat morning! We plan to be snowbirds for a while, because Northern NY really is beautiful in the summer and autumn. We are very happy to be official Villagers now, and anxious to meet new friends. If anyone is looking for a not too serious golf partner, my husband is available next week!

We'll be picking up our new golf cart after closing. Life is Good! Took 8 months to sell our home in NH but we consider ourselves lucky since the market is still pretty slow up there.
