Forgive me if I'm posting in the wrong place but in search of a "recommended" UROLOGIST and hoping that someone can suggest rather than me trying by trial and error.
Thanks for your help

Advanced Urology, Dr. Mark Dersch 352-260-0055. They have their act together. A Very Busy office but they also give you all the time you need.

I see Dr Roach in the same office. Great doc but the office is a joke. Unprofessional, unfriendly administrators but the nursing staff is fine. If you sign up prepare yourself for long waits and very late appointments. Just my experience over the past two years

Just checking but does Dr. Dersch say the same thing to everyone when we drop our pants?
He said at least we're starting with a masterpiece??
Great guy, saved my life.

I agree, but I find this to be the case with pretty much every medical provider in and around The Villages.
Dr Roach is great.

Go to Gainesville to the Urology Department - Dr. Thomas Stringer. You'll be glad you went to them - highest quality of care, fantastic experience, expert urologists.

Agree. If you have other then a straight forward urology problem Gainesville is the place to go. Advanced Urology referred me on, explaining they did not have the expertise to deal with anything out of the ordinary when my issues took a turn for the worse after two years. Frankly, I think that is done to lessen their liability exposure as well.

I found Dr. Sher to be good. There are some other Quacks here, a lot of them, be careful, be diligent, be aware, ripping off the old folks for a lot of money seems to be the way to go here.
