For those in the know, what is the going long term (1 Year or more) rental rate range for a 3BR, 2BA unfurnished Courtyard Villa?I would say between $1600 and $2000 depending on location. Tenants are also expected to pay water, electric, gas, cable, Wi-Fi and phone in most cases. Does it have to be unfurnished? We have one in Fenney for 1800 a month furnished.
