New week's Wildwood Planning Review Committee gets a look the master plans for Phases 5C and 5D of the Villages of Southern Oaks that is on the north side of the turnpike.
A large golf course is shown north and south of the service plaza, two commercial areas at the northwest corner, several locations for amenities (assumed to be VRC and NRC's based on size and location), areas of open/green space, many lakes/ponds, multiple traffic circles (imagine that!) and several preserve areas. What is shown is just under 1,000 acres.
It doesn't look like any homes are planned abutting the turnpike itself, good for future residents.
These plans are obviously early and subject to changes, so don't take them as gospel. There are many changes already shown here that weren't shown on previous drawings.
Interesting and exciting times are ahead.
