Can you identify this game I won at a neighborhood function. It came in a lovely box but with no name or instructions. It consists of 2 decks of regular poker playing cards, 4 regular die along with 1 die with the following numbers on it 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64. I have tried googling it to no avail. Thank you in advance.

I'm thinking it's a set that you can play a lot of different games with...using 1-2 sets of cards and 5 regular dice.
Like these.
Presentation Box W 2 decks of club special cards & set 0f 5 Dice C.O.G.C.NWOT | eBay (https://www.ebay.com/i/303013284889?chn=ps)
I'm also guessing, that someone changed one of the regular 5 dice with a standard 'doubling cube' (the one with 2, 4, 8, 16, 32 and 64 on it) from backgammon.
Will be interested to see if someone knows for sure...what it is.

I don't think it is intended to be a specific game. Amazon sells the same thing without the doubling cube for use with various card and dice games. The doubling cube is for gambling purposes. If a player wants to double the bet, he/she places the cube with the number 2 up. Then, the other player can concede and pay the original bet, or continue playing with the bet doubled. After that, the other player can double the bet again by placing the cube with the number 4 up.

It's a drinking game.
You take the unique die..........roll it............if it comes up an even number, you drink. If not, you don't. Continue until you get an odd number.

Except, you can only play the game on days that end in a "Y".
