CDD Tax deductable?

We will be down next week for our 3rd visit to hopefully make some final decisions. My husband was wondering about the CDD fees and if they are deductable. Just wondering. Hope to be a full time Villager soon.:)

Fees are deductable from your bank account or wallet, that's all !

Thanks that is just what we thought. I still am not sure about the charges but other cities do the same thing but by a different name.

nope, they're not.

you can take out a loan against your home, and pay it off, and that loan may be tax deductible, but maybe more trouble than it's worth

The loan would not be deductible but the interest on it may be.
