My son and daughter-in-law are in for a few days. It looks like it's going to rain all day today. Any ideas on what we can do?

We do housework.
Thank God we have been having regular rainy days, or we would be living in squalor!:icon_wink:

Play some pool, go to a movie, nice lunch with a view. Me, I will head to church then return home to catch up on housework.

I'm talking about things to do with visitors. I don't think that I can get them to do our housework for us.

Go swimming, rain never bothers you in a pool.

Take them to the Market of Marion. It's easy to kill a couple of hours there. Stop on the way home for a bite to eat.

Hilarious .. The sad part of it is that I bet there are plenty of folks that will do just that :bigbow:

Sorry you didn't get but a few serious answers to your question (some can't help trying to derail). I'll go with the space museum.
Movies, bowling, blah blah blah. They can do that at home. Show them something they can't see or do at home. Racing museum is also interesting if one cares about racing.

Even if you are not a racing fan there are some fabulous antique cars there. The museum encompasses 2 huge buildings.

Racing museum has one building with classic cars, if you aren't into the race cars in the other bldg.

I agree, if you racing fan, car fan, or see how many thing was tried to make hp. My favorite was the turbocharged, supercharged top fuel dragster, the cutaway of 392 Hemi, the 60 HP flat head ford display in the plexiglass box. Plus all the classic’s that had Hemi transplants
