:) Unless you live north of 466. then you might want to try the Marriott Town Place in Spanish Springs.
Both have a 25% Resident discount some times. Ask. :ho:

The best lodging, hands down, in the villages is to go to the website AIRBNB.com. The Deals are fantastic, And your guests will feel much much more at home.

What is a motel. Is that old speak for the place you parked your car in the front of a room? I see that in movies all the time. And why is it calling Hoetel?

Agreed! I found an Air Bnb for adult granddaughter and boyfriend. When I went to pick up the key I felt like staying there and letting them have our house. It was so nice!

You are correct. There are wonderful AIRBNB’s in The Villages that are 1/3 the price of a hotel room.. check out AIRBNB.COM. Mine even came with cookies and wine waiting for us.

All of the hotels in TV that I have stayed in are nice, and I would not hesitate to recommend any of them. Near or in Spanish Springs are Comfort Suites, Holiday Inn Express and TownePlace Suites by Marriott. At Lake Sumter Landing is the Waterfront Inn, which is probably the most upscale of the hotels. The Hampton Inn on 466 is nice also.
If you guests choose the hotel route, if they are members of AAA Motor Club or AARP, be sure to check for those discounted rates.
I have also stayed at a couple of AirBNB's in The Villages - both were excellent.

The Hampton Inn may be nice, but is not convenient to any amenities.
