Check out Vic's Embers in Leesburg. Much better than the usual caters. Flavor well beyond your run of the mill BBQ and chops. Even their custom salad dressing is over the top delicious. If you are using TV facilities the caterer needs to be approved by TV. You can get a list at any regional rec center.

We used Bob Evans (466) for a Christmas Party at Lake Miona Rec Center this past Christmas. 155 guests. Excellent food, excellent servers, hopefully they’ll be able to cater our next dinner.

Oakwood Grill... Have been to several they have done, usually pulled pork and/or BBQ chicken. Large enough groups to be in the league you are talking about.
