Florida rental tax

Just wondering...we'll be renting our home to a friend of a friend next winter for a couple of months. As far as the state rental tax goes, do most landlords bake the tax into the monthly rate or is it added onto the advertised price ?

It is done both ways. Not sure one is better then the other. One of the advantages of finding a 6 month renter is no tax required.
