Why don't you list it on craigslist?
Sounds like you are not expecting much for it. Someone may want a cheap cart or may want yours for parts.

I think part of the reason a dealer would not be interested is that it is a par car. The dealer would not buy it because it represents more work than it's resale value warrants.

Three dealers came to view
First said minor damage on seat box would prevent his reselling it
Second offered me $200 for spare parts
Third gave me $600
