Found this afternoon. Female Doberman, has tag with name Savannah. Unfortunately owner's telephone number on tag takes me to announcement that person is not available and mailbox is full.

I called WVLG and they announced found dog info.

You could try to google the phone number or go to a website that lets you do a reverse lookup. The phone # might lead you to an address (unless it's a cell phone).

If you're not sure how to do this, PM me the phone # and I'll try to track it down.

Did all that. Dog was just re-united with babysitter. Owner on vacation
