Who besides the dealership can cut an ignition key fob blank. Lowes have to buy their key fob.

Back home I had one cut by a full service lock shop.

My GM key fob broke. I bought new fob online and changed the inside chip. The “blade” has a small roll pin to hold in place.....Utube has many videos on how to change out guts and blade. Hope this can help you out, dealers charge arm and leg for this easy fix.

I ordered keys off eBay, a local Ace hardware cut them for me, for my vehicle you were able to program it yourself with a series of actions.
Some locksmiths and hardware stores can program keys for a vehicle.
Google can be your friend.

I think Affordable Lock does this also. I was in their store (before the old one was torn down), and I recall seeing lots of key fobs on display.
