I read a short thread about humanists in the Villages that was closed by the monitor. Is humanism or agnostic/atheism a tabo subject for this site.. I am curious about it and want to know if I can ask about it on here. If not, I certainly don’t want to be a problem.

I want to add, that I was raised Christian, I attended church every Sunday with my family and never missed bible school on Wednesday after school. That said, I struggle with my faith especially during the last few years. I’m older, wiser and perhaps more skeptical, so I have questions. I mean no disrespect, but want to see more clearly about my faith. So, again, are there any humanist groups in The Villages?

I don't know much about it but I have a neighbor who is an atheist and goes here and likes it. He is a very nice person.
