My informed delivery was suddenly disabled. I have no idea why. I have contacted customer service and they emailed back for me to answer my security questions, which I did. I've done this three times, but nothing happens. Any suggestions? :(

Go to usps.com and apply for it as if you never had it before. Also, if you don't have a usps online account, create one and then apply.

I finally got it back. They had to re-set it twice. I asked why was it disabled in the first place and got no answer. What a pain.
