I have a question.

Can any one tell me how old the Villages of Bonnybrook and Belvadere are?

Curious minds want to know.

Belvadere is about 6 years old

We currently live in Belvedere in a home built in 2005. We moved from a CYV built in Belvedere in 2004.

I assume Bonnybrook is the same vintage since Belvedere and Bonnybrook are sister Villages.

You can find the year built of any home in Sumter County by going to this link: http://sumtergis.com/GIS/

and then pick a property and hit "property appraiser". The year built is listed. Lots of other info there as well.
