Should have put the offender's Cart into neutral, adjusted it so you could park next to it as long as when you moved the offender's Cart you parked the front towards the curb. What's the issue the way the Cart is parked or the Decals & Plates?

Ok, let’s look at the spot? It’s not golf cart lined off spot. So only legal way to park is park like cars park. 4 cart can’t park in car spot it crowed the car that’s parked in front of and behind the 4 carts squeezed in the lines. Car spot are made larger than cars. So they can back in and out without being squeezed in.

I saw this same cart today on Morse north of 466; old guy and his wife just blew by me; not a smart thing to do on Morse with the number of Deputies that patrol that road. :ohdear:
