Unova Health Clinic on Rolling Acres Rd. A big new building, plenty of rooms, disappointing visit. I had an 8:30 follow up appointment after an MRI of my Achilles. Waited almost 2 hours before Dr. Miller appeared with the results. In our brief, 10 minute meeting, he read the report which indicated that I had a partial tear. He left the room to consult with the surgeon, Dr Isaac Mitchell on whether I would need surgery or rest. He returned 45 minutes later to inform me to rest the leg 6-8 weeks & schedule a follow-up visit. Lost three hours waiting for them to read me the MRI, the surgeon found no need to see me. There were only a few patients in the lobby, I was disappointed why it took so long & why Dr Mitchell found no need to see his patient.
I will be scheduling my follow up with a different clinic.

Went to their old location....one time.....over 2 hour wait.
When I asked at the desk what was going on (or not) the response was, "...this is a good day, we are usually more than 3 hours behind...".

No surprise that nothing has changed since moving to the new building.
The doctors as well as office staff attitude has nothing to do with the needs of the patient.
There are much better alternatives available in and nearby TV.

On the other hand, we went to Unova a few months ago for my wifes knee pain. She was seen, tested, diagnosed, and treated quickly and professionally. And, we had the same good experience with her follow up visit.
