Back Surgeon Help

I am looking for recommendations for a good back surgeon who has successfully operated on lower backs for stenosis.
Pro's and con's would be appreciated.

Forget back surgery, go to a Physical Medicine specialist instead.

Wife & I both have had 2 lower Back surgeries since moving to The Villages in 2003. We finally had excellent results at Shands Hospital in Gainesville, Fl. from Dr. Daniel Hoh. We did extensive research prior to going to Dr. Hoh, & we highly recommend him if you need surgery.
