Classified troubles

I cannot get past "choose your location' when I try to post a classified ad. It just goes back to the very beginning

Make sure you don’t have a pop-up or content blocker enabled. See if that allows you to complete the ad.

I listed a golf cart and paid the $ 5.00 but I can’t find it on the classified site. Did I do it wrong? Thank you for any help you can give me.

I can see an item for sale but if I click on it, with interest in buying the item, looking for further info or contact info I get a blank page on chrome. If I switch to explorer I get a page saying I don't have authorization????? I don't get it. I have used the classified section for years but it's really messed up lately or is it just me.
