Man Tasered in parking lot at Bealls

We went to Carrabba's Tuesday night and left around 6:30pm. Driving through the parking lot toward Beall's a red SUV sped through a stop sign and cut us off. Looking toward our left 2 police officers ran after a young guy and one tasered him, down he went. He was running towards the stores not away from so I don't think it was shoplifting. The red SUV u-turned behind us and pulled over so they may have been the victim of something. If they were with him I'm sure they would have taken off. Nothing on TOTV or the other "news" site or the newspaper. ????

The person that was tasered "rode the lightning" (as we call it); he had to do something that didn't meet the approval of the two Officers.

I never engaged mine unless someone did something pretty stupid.
