Wow! The Villages SKY in Rolling Acres Plaza is opening again with a new name - same food.

A bit confusing! Are we talking about SKY Asian Fusion whose original location is at the top of the Holiday Inn in Ocala?

Where is the new Restaurant? Same location as the old one at Rolling Acres.

I had been there yesterday. The door is still locked, it did not have any sign showing new restaurant were coming. BTW, Is this property under management of thevillagescpm.com?

I don't think Rolling Acres has any "official" connection to any Villages operation. Owned by a German firm, managed by a commercial developer, Sembler, I THINK
