What size dinette will fit in a Gardenia home breakfast nook? It seems a round, 42 to 44 inch may fit and seat 4. Any suggestions on a size.

We had a 42" round with four chairs, and it fit well in our Begonia, which is a Gardenia with a golf cart garage (only difference between the two).

42"

Added for correcting last post. Begonia and and some Gardenia models have golf cart garages. The difference is the location of them. In a begonia you lose a window in the nook area.

That's true, you do lose the front window. So on that resulting blank wall, we had a pantry built to match our kitchen cabinets, with doors, drawers and a coffeepot/toaster/espresso machine cutout. We had the light fixture taken out and a pot light put in, and we still had room for the nook table.

We have the Gardenia with the nook window, and the golf cart garage on the outside wall of the garage. We added a window seat and matching cabinets for additional storage. Our table is about 40 inches round and fits nicely.

We have a Gardenia 42" round glass table and 4 chairs. Plenty of room and the glass makes it look less crowded than a solid top IMO.

It works for any furniture or many other things as well.
In your case get some cardboard, you can use boxes from the grocery store. You can even use copier paper. You tape it together to get a piece big enough, you cut it out and try it.
For your question you would need to cut out a 42 inch and a 44 inch circle. Easy to do with a pencil tied to a piece of string.

Gardenia-we too have a Gardenia. Ours is expanded and we do not have the columns. Most round tables take boards. Heck another easy problem. fold your circle in half cut it down the line and add paper boards in.

We have a 54" glass table in our standard size Gardenia. May sound "big", but works very well. Plenty of room and not crowded at all.
