Do any of you know how to find out who actually owns a property (website, etc.)? I'm not sure who to call with TV....Deed Compliance, main office,? The property behind us is not being kept up as it should and is a long-term rental. So far, Deed Compliance has not resolved the issue of the barking dogs there so I'm not sure they would handle anything else, since the occupants are renters. Yes, I love dogs but not when they bark all hours of the day and night, sometimes pretty much all day. I know that the guy who owns it has a private "property manager", but I don't know who she is. I put the title in quotes because so far I can't see what she "manages". The lawn is full of weeds and that's pretty much the green part. I pay to have mine weeded, fed, and maintained. It's getting to be a losing battle in the back because they don't even water. Help!

If it is in Sumter County put the address into the entry box on this link: http://sumtergis.com/GIS/

I'd call deed compliance for the weed issue -- that is one of the things they are truly on top of. It is to the best interest of the developer to have the property well maintained.

Sadly, I'd call the sheriff about the barking dogs. If they aren't the proper authorities, I'm sure they could steer you to the correct authority.

BTW, if the property is on Henderson, the weeds in the flower beds and hedeges will be taken care of this week (the grass is someone else's responsibility).
