I may be in the need of a new car battery soon and would like to know of a good place to have one installed. I have a 2011 Chevy, Malibu LTZ.
Thank you.

Walmart, they stand by their warranty and I know that for a fact.

I bought my battery at Walmart about a year ago. They have two different qualities and I bought the better one.
So far it has been fine.

Far as a battery, your car is 8 years old, they will surely, as they should check wiring and alternator. Mine was fine.

You will want to check. There is, or was a deal where if you get a wallmart credit card you get $25 off your first purchase. Plus on the walmart card you get a 5% discount if you pay on time.
If, I recall the top of the line battery cost me about $50 installed.

I had mine go dead in the Sam's Club parking lot.

I walked in to check the price, then called AAA...to get theirs.

I had more than a few stares, as the AAA van changed my battery (about 30 minutes to get there)...in the Sam's Club parking lot. :D

Walmart. (Their batteries are rated highly in Consumers Reports Magazine)

I wouldn’t wait, if it’s cranking slow it’s going to go (dead) anytime. Walmart, autozone, or where ever. If I want doing it myself. Walmart got best prices and they install them. Usually lead acid battery last about 5 years, then on the first cold day or extremely hot day it’s dead as door nail. I replace mine every 5 years being I only have one vehicle now.

I’m more concerned about CCA than price, the cheap ones last about as long as the factory cheap ones.

Batteries have gone up, you can’t get better quality (more plates) 50 bucks, 75 to 100 depending on size and CCA.
