"Using the do not drill logic because of the recent event would suggest eliminating flying or not flying since airplanes do crash with more frequency than oil rigs blow up! ? ! ? ! This event is what number out of how many oil rigs around the world?"

How twisted & immature is this logic? With the potential to rapidly become the worst man-made disaster in human history, you use a straw man about airplanes?

A more apt comparison would be " A nuclear bomb- It's just one out of many bombs around the world?"

Get some proportionality into your analogies, tea *******! You sound like churlish school children who can't admit they made an error.

Also, by your logic, why should the government help BP clean-up the spill- isn't that what "The Free Market" is for? Not so free anymore.
