New house on Buttonwood Run

We bought (a lot) over on Claverton in Buttonwood and while I was on the new homes site for TV, I saw one at 2569 Buttonwood Run (an Iris with a golf cart garage). It is described as an interior site but with homesite dimensions of 9472 for $269,663. THAT lot size seems really BIG for an interior site so I was wondering - is it waaaaayyy over on the very edge of TV? :confused: Either across from or around the curve from the Apalachee and Cedar King Villas? Is the land behind that part of TV ?(I think not), open land?, part of some other development? It would be great if anyone who is down there could be my investigator and solve this mystery for me! Come on all you Sherlocks! Let us know just where this is and see if my own deductions are right from up here in Michigan!

I looked on the Sumter Property Appraiser site, and it appears (if I count right!) the lot is a pie shaped interior corner lot that either has the backyard on CR 121 or against parcels owned by the city of Wildwood.
