Cart intermittently shuts down

I have a 2011 Yamaha that has a new throttle delay switch,carburetor,fuel pump and fuel lines.It quits running when first running in am. Attempts to start result in starter only turning with no acceleration. The last two failures where first thing in morning.

The cart failure was before and after new fuel devices. When depressing accelerator the starter turns but no ignition, waiting a short while it cranks up again for a short distance and stops again.
