I am looking for a home inspector to submit a report to the home warranty department. Any suggestions?

Frank Dangelo was excellent for us and many of our neighbors. (352) 250-7818

Dear jcordeiro22,
I of course invite others to answer your question, but we specialize in Villages warranty inspections. We love what we do. We would be honored to answer any questions you may have.
Not all inspections or Inspectors are the same. There are a few very good inspectors out there, and a few that may not be. This is your last chance to get items repaired or replaced in your new home without opening your wallet.
We know the models and what to look for. Please feel free to look at our website ( dangeloinspections (http://www.dangeloinspections.com) ) and do a search here on Talk of The Villages for Home Inspectors. Many here have been quite kind and honest in their reviews and we work hard daily for positive recommendations.
Anyway, congratulations on your new home. The Villages is a one of a kind amazing place. We love working here everyday!
Respectfully,
Frank D'Angelo

When I called Frank, he was 2-3 weeks booked up.

Frank just did my one year home warranty inspection in De Soto. He was excellent. I called him less than two weeks before the date he did it, and he was not booked up at that point.
One of the things I liked about the way Frank did it was not only did you get your report the same day, but he sent it directly to the home warranty department as well. All you have to do is answer your phone from that point out as the contractors call you to make the fixes.
