Question about posting classified ad

I have created an ad to sell my car but don't find an icon to submit the ad. I paid to have it featured and my credit card was charged. When I try to edit the ad it lists it as being in "draft" mode. Is there a waiting period before the administrator allows it to be posted?

I previously posted something a couple years ago without any issue. Any help would be appreciated.

There is a submit button at the bottom of the screen push it just once and wait. Make sure a adblocker is turned off.

That's my problem. There is no submit button at the bottom of the ad like there is on the message board.

I have that happen occasionally with various web sites. Usually the problem goes away when I switch to a different browser (Safari vs Chrome or vice versa).
