We are snowbirds heading back North soon. Wondering if anyone can recommend someone who can do monthly weeding at our villa. We have no grass only shrubs and beds. The person that did it before is not available. Thanks

Another vote for roundup. Most stone jobs are done over landscape fabric. This makes it almost impossible to pull up 100% of the roots. In the case of a lot of the common weeds, if you leave the most miniscule piece of root, the plant will quickly regenerate, often while multiplying at the same time. The most effective weed elimination is a systemic herbicide used according to instructions. A weekly 10 minute walkabout with a roundup pump sprayer should be more than sufficient. For long periods of time for the snowbirds, treat with preen just before you leave,,

I recently bought a large container of Roundup that has a hose and a battery operated pump, which is much easier to use than the spray bottle. It cost about 25 dollars and well worth it.

One application won't work for extended absence. Weeks come up thru driveway and elsewhere, pretty obvious no one is maintaining home. Not good for year round neighbors who keep property well kept.

I would recommend a neighbor with your jug of Round-Up.
