Injured lady on MMP near Rohan

As we were driving south on Morse yesterday, we saw an injured lady laying on the multi-modal path near Rohan rec center. She was wearing a bike helmet and was being treated by the paramedics. There were a couple golf carts parked nearby. I think a police car was there as well.

Does anyone know what happened and if the lady is OK?
