Favorite machine: Big Ben (Williams Electronics, 1975)
Spent more time playing that at university than being in the library
Bought one a few years later and it just wasn't the same, probably because I didn't have to pay to play each time

Not a full timer yet but have a house in Dunedin. Been restoring and collecting pinball machines and old arcade games (no videos) for close to 30 years. Currently have over 40 games in my collection in NY. Will be bringing them to TV shortly. Not sure where just yet. Any other collectors out there? Any interest in forming a club not only for playing but restoring?

I think you mean Gottlieb King of Diamonds. I have the add-a-ball version Diamond Jack

Does Diamond Jack require hitting J-A in order? If so, then that’s my game. Been several decades since I played it.

I had a route many years ago in NY. I still have 5 machines in my house now. Bally Fireball, Bally Fireball Classic, Bally Dogies, Bally Cosmo, Bally Night Rider, and Gottlieb Wild Wild West.
I'd love to do something in the villages in the rec centers. Where do we start?

Jeff, do you have the EM or SS version of Night Rider? Up in NY now but coming down on Monday. We should make this happen.

I would really like to see something pinball related...club or whatever...get started. Seems like such a good fit for TV, and one of the few voids in our recreation spectrum. I would be glad to assist in some way.

Nope, was 5-ball game. Hard as heck to win. Really thought name of game was Ace of Diamonds, probably Gottlieb, possibly Bally (but I doubt it). Now you’ve got me wondering. Google here I come!

Google here I come! You may be thinking of Gottlieb's Kings and Queens. I bought one 35 years ago and have had it refurbished twice. It didnt make the move here due to lack of a true rec room. But I play it 3 or 4 times a year when visiting my kid who has it in his rec room. Here's a photo (not mine).
Roger Daltrey played one in the movie Tommy. The playability is absolutely superb.

Count me in also. Guess I'll hold onto my Gottlieb Parts Catalogs from 76,78,and 80.
Sold 4 machines up north, but save my favorite 1992 Dr. Who.

We are moving soon; was wondering what to do with my Williams "Star Trek: The Next Generation" machine. Have been contemplating whether to sell it or to move it. Decisions, decisions...
I agree, a pinball club for playing and/or restorating would be great.

Took this photo of my Kings and Queens. My kid is thinking of moving to Hilton Head sans the machine which means that I will have to either move it or sell it. The playability is incredible and would be an asset in any pinball club room.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190918/736d2201a602f988f9f22f10f40e95cf.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20190918/435a56d2921acbd6fedb1e8e75feffca.jpg
