Two Utility Bills

I got 2 Villages utility bills (Water and Amenity Fee Bill) like a week apart this month. They are almost identical except the meter consumption readings are slightly different - but there is not adjustment to the usage or actual bill amounts. I have 2 houses, and got 2 for each. Anyone else have this, and if so why?

Is there a phone number on the bill?

I think they had a mis-print of the first one for some people. The one that I got had very few line items and some of the blocks were not filled in.

I had a credit, so I didn't owe anything, but I suspect that some were re-printed and re-mailed.
