spectrum streaming problems

Anyone else having problems streaming the Spectrum app thru Roku or other devices? They tell me they have a problem and are working on it but it's been 4 days. Guess I'm getting too impatient

Have you tried re-setting the modem? I say that because I have Spectrum and my internet speed got much slower. So I just re-set the modem and problem solved.
