Has anyone observed the eagle's nest with chicks on a huge light stand in the Gateway Plaza Leesburg, to the left side of BIG LOTS. I think it has been there for some time and is very active nest. Just curious...

Is it an eagle or an Ospry?

Not sure from 35 feet below the nest, the naked eye says an eagle.

This webcam gets you up close and personal to three eaglets who are about to start flying. Amazing.

(And also if you click at the top of the Eaglets Cam, you can see other sites for Falcons .. one has babies and another has a mom sitting on eggs).

 Bare, eldest eaglet is really flappin' her wings this afternoon. It won't be long.

I always think about you when I watch the eaglets, since you turned us on to the site. Still enjoying it so much!

PTurner ..... When I watch the Eagle Cam, (several times a day), I often wonder if you're watching it!

The eaglet Camelia branched on the weekend. I haven't seen her do it yet. But they are flapping their wings and nest flying and hopping in the air. When the three get going, it is quite a sight.

I will be thrilled, but sad, when they start flying and eventually disappear from our lives. They'll start flying soon, but they stay around the nest for a couple of months.
