Duval was finished building new homes in 2010 not 2006. Perhaps 2006 was the first home built in Duval.

We didn't live here in 2006 and didn't rent until 2008. We saw Havana CC being built and areas being cleared for houses but I wasn't sure if it was 2009 or later. Someone mentioned that Duval was built 16 years ago. COnsidering that the builders moved south and Hadley was still being built in 2008 and 2009, I doubted that Duval was 16 years old.

I was here in 2006 and Duval was being built. We drove thru Duval often to watch the progress. Hemmingway was next.
